So i know the timing to get the save with flashlights, I get them pretty often but Ive had a couple occasions where I timed it perfectly, the killer finishes their animation and even moves and I get the blind but no save. Had the exact same thing happen to me literally hook bombed two survivors in front of the killer going down for both in the process and the challenge didnt give it to me. Im on ps4 as well. So is the solution to switch challenges and then try it again? Your wording was a lil confusing sorry

This has happened to me twice now, once with Meyers and once with Legion both cases were end game either last one in the game or last one alive. Happened to me a 2nd time now once again never hooked my teammates were dead this time but I wasn't given the opportunity to attempt to escape it just went straight to the 2nd phase and then dead.
