Also why do the knives have recoil lmao?
-
This is great. Please add in game.

Why
-
These perks could be nerfed, some of them could even be incorporated into the base kit of all survivors to address that sort of killer playstyle. I'd be okay with that.
-
BT is mostly fine, except when a survivor literally stays in your face with it because free invincibility and sprint burst. A visual indicator would be nice for those survivors who want to play like that, and in return make it work based on actual distance, not terror radius.
-
It wouldn't matter how you played because survivors are going to run those perks regardless?
-
So we can't camp, slug or tunnel, and everytime we get a good gen protector combo it gets nerfed. What are we supposed to do then?
-
Bro I didn't ask
-
I'd be so much happier with quick play/competitive queues with MMR in quick play and a much more comprehensive competitive ranking system that actually worked to keep people in the ranks they should be in. Let me be trash at my own pace pls lmao.
-
Oh I see. Well thanks for clarifying that you're not actually trying to leave constructive feedback so that the devs hear from "all red rank killers" as you say. You just want to apply "heat" because this is a "kitchen" of sorts and if someone dares open their mouth and leaves feedback for devs in the feedback section of…
-
This would be relevant if I was taking potshots at the devs and absolutely trashing their game, but as I very clearly haven't been and have only left feedback on my experiences playing killer in a rank I shouldn't be in because the system boosted me here, you're absolutely correct that I'm not going to take that suggestion…
-
Otz is a good lad. I love him. I'm worried that MMR for a game with no clearly defined win condition is going to lead me to play against sweat squads all day every day and I'm not overly hopeful, but who knows? Maybe you're right. I hope so. I still think a harder-to-climb rank system like in other games where ranking up…
-
Because I want to have fun? Because I like the premise of the game and I want to enjoy the actual gameplay? You actually don't have to leave feedback on my feedback. Shocking, I know. If your feedback is positive, you should totally go and leave feedback in your own thread where you praise the balance of the game so that…
-
And please, if I am a green rank killer, I need you to know that I don't think that's an insult and I'm very okay with the idea of staying in green ranks to grind games against other similarly skilled players slowly in order to improve at a more measured pace. Maybe all of my issues go away if the matchmaking was loads…
-
Thanks for that incredibly unhelpful reply. I don't remember asking for tips or tricks or saying my experience reflects everyone else's (although I know there are a lot of people that have also expressed frustration at the balance of the game). I also don't remember stating that I couldn't compete - apparently I can, even…
-
Maybe I am a green rank killer! I'm fine with that - I just want to stay in green ranks and go against other green rank players instead of the 3-4 stack red rank SwFs I get in my games instead and not get boosted to red ranks in a system that rewards time put in to a role in a month and not skill. I don't understand what…
-
You don't have to believe me. Not here to convince you. I'm just giving feedback from what my experience has been in a forum specifically catered towards receiving feedback. For the record, blasting from brown ranks through to purple ranks was a breeze and you do not have to be a huge brain genius to rank up in this…
-
I didn't say the game was survivor sided. I just said I hate the experience of playing killer in red ranks and these are the reasons why.
-
I don't have ruin or undying. Also not the point because if two perks can boost a killer to red ranks then that feeds back in to my point about the ranking system being entirely too easy to progress through. I don't want to go from going against consistently brown and yellow rank survivors one day to purple and red ranks…
-
God I love stuns. Such a fun and interactive game mechanic.
-
Bro someone at rank 1 for killer needs to force a dev to play on their account against red rank survivors for a full day so they can see just how unfun killer is before the first survivor dies Holy goddamn just got done with a team running four DS, four DH, two BT, two UB and I literally want to Peel the skin off my feet…
-
Nurse is one of the lowest performing killers in the game though so like, meh? You just got got, dude. Happens.
-
Also sorry but screw bloodpoints? Give us shards for ranking up. 250k blood points for rank 1 monthly is what 5-6 matches w BBQ? No thanks.
-
Survivor was BROKEN that's why there were nerfs. Remember double pallet loops? Remember balanced landing infinites on haddonfield? Remember instaheals? What are you even talking about?
-
How is there even a question about the devs being survivor sided? They buffed four survivor perks, including a stupid buff to open-handed that will make kindred the best aura-reading survivor perk in the game without question. On the killers side, we got a slight buff to a perk that's still never going to get picked ever…
-
I get you want counterplay, but iron will + crouching? Braindead, yet the potential is there to completely outplay a killer by doing literally nothing. No thanks. I also get the point you're trying to make about perks countering other perks, but it sounds like if Iron Will countered Stridor you'd be okay with it. Dbd is…
-
I disagree. Stridor is a useless perk on basically anyone else but Spirit whereas Iron Will, while strongest against Spirit, is still good across the board. The Stridor/Iron Will interaction is fine, seriously.
-
I don't like the idea of objects placed around the map which solely benefit survivors that aren't affected by some sort of de-buff. If you do this you'd need to apply something to the survivor that benefits the killer.
-
No, that's a terrible idea. If there's a nerf needed, it should be to give her a visual cue when phasing to take away the braindead mind game of standing still. I'm perfectly okay with that. But don't get make stridor useless on the one killer it's actually good on.
-
Easy fix - nerf DS activation time from 60 seconds to 20 seconds, and then if the survivor is downed during that 20 seconds then add an additional 40 seconds to that timer. This would ensure the perk's original purpose of combating tunnelling would still be served while countering survivors threatening DS by jumping in a…

I think it's fairer if you enable team comms by default and then balance the game around every match being a swf of sorts. It won't happen, but it's the fairest resolution.
