Unless I'm mistaken, this got fixed and then reintroduced. Survivors can do something similar at gens.

As Myers, I was camping (the obsession) on the hook and then teleported across the map for a gen grab (with Dark Devotion). Myers cannot teleport, so I was hacking.

Also can happen on gens, and survivors will repeatedly use it. Get downed at a gen, can't be picked up, Unbreakable later and finish off the gen while the killer is elsewhere. Kinda gross.
