Once you get used to the map it's not that bad. It still has it's downsides, but hopefully they still plan to address it soon.
-
I think something like this would be a good idea to encourage killers not to stay around the hook. I understand that was the purpose of BBQ, but the killer has to have the perk and run it for it to be affective. If the devs are really considering Kindred and BT to be basekit for survivors, I hope they are also thinking…
-
It's like the killer is bringing a perk for a survivor. 😑
-
Placebo effect. You think console survivors are not friends (for some odd reason). The odds are they are more likely friends. It probably won't be long now before they remove the globe. They honestly should tell killers who were friends at the end screen. You'll know if you're up against a good SWF once they start…
-
I went against him and a Meg and Claudette who were trying to get me killed too and escaped. XD
-
It's very similar to deathslinger. It's more of a suggestion lol. I'm not sure if it was intentional but it keeps you on your toes... Just like deathslinger. 🥺
-
It's because items were changed and there are so many keys. Adapt and you'll be fine
-
But I loved mindlessly chain-sawing across a map. It was so nice when you accidentally ran into someone. :(
-
I do. So your argument is already invalid. It's fun if you can learn to leave your ego and just aim for fun regardless of what happens.
-
You're right? Who cares. In a week it will be something else. XD
-
Right. Right. That's some proof you got there. Trolls online. My proof is this sort of thing has been "joked" about (before but never actually done.) Killers also threatened to kill anyone that bought cosmetics when the store opened too. XD I've played Lisa many times since release, never targeted. Anything else?
-
Oh no. Not multiple people! Again... we were told it was 'Wabbit Season' when Bunny Feng came out. Yet...she's still out there hopping around. You're not being targeted for a skin, so stop with the nonsense as it's about as stupid as the thread you posted.
-
Heh. No. This isn't the first time killers have threatened to tunnel, kill people with skins. You aren't doing well while playing a new character wearing a new skin. The killers job is to chase and kill you, I'm not sure what they are expecting? Nobody is killing people who wear nurse skins. I am living proof of that. They…
-
One thread. That's all you need? I remember rumors about killers targeting Bunny Feng's (It's wabbit season), yet... I still see Bunny Feng's hopping around just fine. This entire post is a pity party for "victims" of a completely manufactured "problem". Again, I've played as Lisa since she was released and haven't felt…
-
You original post is ridiculous. You've made up a narrative for yourself that is even happening. Like others said, you probably don't have your best perks for her yet. If you keep losing with this skin, then you need to switch characters or build her up. I've played as Lisa several times now and not once has a killer…
-
Imagine someone actually tying this.
-
Once I find a really good perk it's hard to shed. Dead Hard is the best worst perk ever, and also hard to shake. I now always bring Kindred and Iron Will, the rest I play around with. As for killer, I always bring Nurse's Calling and the rest are random.
-
Yes. I tried to test him on public. My bad. Had to face Meg's and Bunny Fengs. New map. No clue what I'm doing, they pop all gens and butt dance out. What was the point?
-
I'd make fun of it of course. :P
-
It's true. I've given up on doing bones for one perk.
-
Legion
-
This is probably the reason there aren't more yet. They haven't figured out exactly how to make them work for both sides. A lot of them do seem ridiculous. As i ran into this very room last night, I was like it's a dead end and wondered the same thing: Why would a killer ever touch this? lol
-
I know they won't, but I would even take it after the match.
-
Hard facts.
-
Can we mute him at least? One more squak and I swear I'm going to strangle it.
-
Kill them. Stop talking to them!
-
Adapt.
-
I just acknowledge and leave. That's 2 survivors not doing gens. So, I go find more.
-
But they do listen. It's just there are so many voices/opinions (usually conflicting). As the book Significant Zero says, "Fans are wonderful and should always be embraced, but their opinions can be deadly to the creative process. Fandom is an organized religion whose holy laws are handed down by people who get angry on…
-
What do you even mean by "I have seen a lot of constructive criticism ignored"? I'm going to need examples as I've read many positive threads on this forum before. Some ideas have just been mentioned to death and maybe that's why they are ignored, but these forums don't make you a developer for the game. I would say 99% of…
-
Maybe one day they will change Surge as it's a pretty decent new perk that isn't too powerful and honestly doesn't need a cooldown.
-
Perhaps it's time to move EGC up to when the last gen is completed (and make it 3 minutes again)? It's been a thing for a while now from my own experience it's really not that big of a deal as creates zero pressure as survivors found a loophole.
-
Meg. Just Meg.
-
Aw, thanks! :)
-
Got ya. I guess I just don't enjoy the salt. Those people are communicating on PURE emotion and it usually leads to nothing good. I shut all that down years ago because of DBD. I'm much happier as a result. lol. But to each his own I suppose.
-
Mob mentality? Some people have their own narrative that can easily block out anything that doesn't fit. Another reason could be that our brains reward negative emotions. Being mean, bullying, showing off, and verbally attacking others ALL display dominant behavior. In other words: They don't think, they just react. That…
-
If it means anything, I've hated it since the day it was released. It made the old Swamp seem better. That building is one of the biggest time sucks and safest area I've seen as killer. When I get that map I know the survivors are going to all easily escape. I would take Haddonfield over Grim Pantry any day. :/
-
Yes. :/
-
I'm sure this post will stop that from happening again. Or you could turn off messages from strangers. Nah.
-
OoO isn't an easy perk to casually use. It's going to lead to more deaths than anything else.
-
They need bot killers. It would be a SWF's wet dream.
-
Demo is fun, but like Oni he has a huge learning curve (maybe not as huge). In my opinion neither are worth the trouble (especially when nearly every game is communicating friends.) You will be eaten alive if you try to start playing Demo at Rank 4. I would say Gunslinger (?) is more inline with earlier killers. Simple…
-
So, you are saying he's balanced. Good to know.
-
It's whatever narrative you've already constructed. That is what will happen.
-
Get a twitch channel called 4kKiller and show us all you are truly the best player ever and ALWAYS get a 4k! You'd be rich and famous in no time!
-
See you next week.
-
She's not bad just hard to learn is all. DLC killers are not pay to win.
-
Yeah, I don't get the gen thing either. I mean, isn't the guy handicapped enough?
-
Ghostface was bugged on ptb. They just didn't fix it until public release.
-
Dude. I know this post is old and all, but that looks like DBD for PS1. I'd love to be able to make mine look like that.
