I got mine for the Plague. one disconnected and 3 sacrificed on the hooks.
-
I know it.
-
I have a regular PS4 and it's still very playable for me. After about 20 minutes I got used to it.
-
When I first started playing I disconnected because the killer was camping me. After seeing I received 0 BP, I figured it was a waste and vowed to never disconnect again. I'll take any BP I can get. I don't get why others are so worried about 4k or pipping. I guess I'm old school and I view BP as a scoring system. I go for…

@JawsIsTheNextKiller ; exactly. I don't care about my killer or survivor rank. I just want bloodpoints so I can build the best killer/survivor I can and have a blast while I play.
-
IF the Xenomorph was added there isn't enough perk slots to fulfill what I'd want out of it. It'd have no heartbeat. It'd climb on walls/ceilings/trees. It'd have claw, tail, and bite attack. It'd be insanely fast. It wouldn't hook a single survivor.
-
@DudeDelicious; that's exactly what I do when I play killer. I'll chase them away from a gen, kick it, find any stragglers around said gen, chase them, down them if I can. If not and I get too far away, I'll head back to the gen. If it's still broken, I'll head to the next gen.

Am I the only one who doesn't play for pips? i play for BP and fun.

The only buttons I'd be ok with are the triggers, L2 & R2 or LT & RT. Make it where they have to be fully compressed over and over. Any of the face buttons would be too easy. Or, like @SamuraiPipotchi said, sixaxis. Wiggling the remote around would work too.
-
I think closing the hatch if the killer finds it first is a great idea, and the survivor can only reopen it if they have a key or complete another gen.
-
As a survivor: 3v1 I play regular. 2v1/1v1 I try to get the killer to farm. As a killer: 3v1 I play regular but don't try as hard. 2v1 or 1v1, farmville.

I play on PS4 and notice more "toxic" survivors than killers. (They play way more toxic. There are a lot of teabaggers and flashlight clickers. They don't really message much because it's not easy to type on the PS4.) The toxic camping killers are few and far between. Just two days ago I played as the Hag for a daily. One…

Last night I played as The Plague and did poorly. One survivor was left and quick entered a locker in the basement. I grabbed him and instead of hooking him (I assume they felt bad and wanted me to hook them) I carried them to the hatch and let them go. ANother player that was watching messaged me saying it was nice of me…

I always play solo. Always. I use: Aftercare to see other survivors. Stakeout to get a boost while doing gens Tenacity to crawl & recover at the same time in case I'm slugged Unbreakable to stand up in case I'm slugged. Yes, if I'm being chased, you bet I'm running towards other survivors.
-
If I'm killer and two people disconnect, I instantly move to farm mode, because it's no longer a challenge. If I'm a survivor and one or two disconnect, I try to get the killer to farm. It doesn't always work out, and I get hooked 8/10 times, but I never DC. I'd rather take whatever BP I earn than disconnect. Each level…

I prefer the new ranking system. I'm green ranks on survivor and killer and load times were less than 3 minutes each side. Last night I played as killer and waited for 10 minutes. Switched to survivor, waited roughly 6 or 7 minutes and finally got into a match. Thankfully, it lasted for over 30 minutes. It's the only game…
-
I only get people disconnecting if I'm playing as the Dr. or they're not playing well.
-
I play as her unless my daily is for another killer. I've played against her 3/5 survivor matches I played yesterday. One person sucked with her, the other two were really good and got 4k. If played right, she's hard to loop, especially after she gets corrupted plague.
-
I spectate for two reasons: I died early and want to see if I sucked or the killer was good. I wanted to see what perks the killer had.
-
Not really a farming story, but a fun story: I had to drive 4 survivors to madness tier 3. I decided I'd work on the "Shocking Treatment" trophy for the Dr. too. I've been playing for over a year, so I figured I was close. Mt. Ormond loads up and it's perfect for shock therapy with all the hiding spots. The first gen I…

Play killer and focus on the survivor that they played as the most.
-
Good to know @Shad03 If you come across any killer hitting a generator, that's probably me telling you I want bloodpoints. I just bought the clown and the spirit thanks to the PSN sale. I'm going to use the shards to get The Plague. So, I'll be hitting a lot of gens.
-
When you're chasing survivors, think like them. 8/10 times I cut them off as they come around a wall, because that's the direction I would of went if I was playing survivor.
-
There is an upcoming fix. It was one of the patch notes for the PTB. So, as soon as the killer is officially released, survivors will no longer be able to get up there.
-
During a match in The Meat Plant there was a shape. He downed a survivor and let another heal them. We all assumed he was a farmer. he then downed all 4 of us and hooked us, one by one. Turns out, he was just warming up his Evil WIthin. Lesson learned; Never trust a killer.
-
Fixed; thanks. I should of proof read.
-
Usually 9000 for killer + 9000 for survivor. At least on PS4. I assume it's the same on the PC.
-
That could work with a Pinhead killer also.
-
When I see a survivor covered in blood, they'll either play really good or toxic. When I see a killer covered in blood/glowing they'll be really good or camp. When I see various outfits, it's a gamble but usually winds up being more fun.
-
I dislike Shroud of Separation. it sounds like a good idea, until you use it, find one survivor & chase them, then 3 gens pop simultaneously.
-
When I play as killer, I don't camp. Even if it's a toxic survivor. Though, if I hook a toxic survivor, I'll give them 3-5 whacks. If they disconnect, I laugh to myself because they thought I'd camp them. If they're still there, I'll continue hunting my next victim. If I'm a survivor and I get hooked by a camping killer,…

One of my first times playing as the Pig I got 3k and slugged the 4th. I carried him near the hatch and let him crawl towards it. As he jumped in, I stopped him and backed up, let him down again to crawl to the hatch. I had every intention of letting him go that time, but he DIED as soon as his hand touched the edge. I…

There is often a daily to level madness up on 4 survivors. Also, it is a way to get points.
-
I've noticed hillbilly & leatherface players usually camp. If I'm a survivor and get camped, I'll stay on the hook as long as I can so other survivors can fix the gens. If I'm a killer, I don't camp unless the gates are opened and I haven't got a hook yet. I want at least one kill... but that's rare for me because I always…

It is meant as an insult. I'm currently a level 6 killer and after a match I got called a baby killer and trashcan. You'll get a lot of "git gud" messages too. It doesn't matter what your rank is; sore losers are everywhere.
