Don't take Sabotuer, just use a Alex's Toolbox with double sabotage speed addons. Good additions are Sprint Burst to win the race against the killer for the hook, Dead Hard to guarantee a miss if he goes for you after a sabotage, maybe Empathy so you can see who is in a chase and about to go down. For me it's no problem without using a map. It procs 5 times, there are 5 totems, so you could try focusing on only 1 totem at a time.

I thought the same, however she didn't have the new prayer beads. I guess it's a bug then. I also sometimes hear my whimpering even when using Iron Will, so something's not quite right.

I would keep the dying->injured part, as that is was adrenaline in real life is supposed to do as well. However I would remove the injured -> fully healed part, just keep the movementspeed.
