Turn bloodlust mechanic into a perk instead of removing it
If you plan to remove built-in bloodlust in the future i think it would be a great idea to just make bloodlust mechanic an integral part of beast of prey perk. No beast of prey perk = no bloodlust So if a killer want it's bloodlust mechanic back he would need to use a perk slot for it

Ambusher killer perk idea
Survivors within 12/24/36 meters of range (1) gain orange stain (2) that reveals the direction in which they are currently looking 1) same range as Spine Chill 2) similar mechanic as killer's red stain
