Console- chucky audio and red stain working incorrectly

His power is on such a short cooldown that he can sneak up then use slice and dice, chase for 5 seconds then get it again. Chaos shuffle permanent game mode

Is it a bug or feature that adrenaline doesn't instantly heal you after getting downed?
It's so unclear whether it's a bug or a feature for whatever reason it might be but afyer getting downed adrenaline doesn't immediately pick you up which makes it really easy for killer to just insta down you again. For once a game perk that doesn't even work in certain situations I would expect it to function properly.

Can we disable singularity cameras within a certain radius of hooks?
It's seriously pushing me the ######### off how other killers like dredge have lockers blocked next to hooked survivors but singularity doesn't, it's not fair and he just sits on cameras from across the ######### map on top of someone he downed. It seems like no matter if you're standing directly in front of the hook as survivor, you physically can't stop the killer from hooking a survivor.
