New Killer Perk: Retribution/Vengeance
Once decisive strike has been activated the killer gains a "Retribution" or "Vegeance" token against that survivor which allows the killer to mori the survivor who activated DS for the rest of the match. This perk allows for 2/3/4 tokens. Killers need an answer for it and this is it!
