I went and double-checked my Game user settings thing and the fps is still set to 115 and in the game, I'm getting like 60, anyone got a solution?

Problem with switching ptb, updating with only dbd

Every time dbd has an update or I switch to PTB, the download will take hours, I currently set my download at 10000kbs so it should take me about 6 seconds to download a 60mb patch, it takes me about 10 or 20 minutes, and when it finishes sometimes it restarts and back to another 10 or 20.
