EMPs are way too frustrating

Sole Survivor
As of right now, the perk is very weak, only being able to activate on team mates death isn't very helpful. I think that with each team mate that gets hook, with each hook you get a stackable meter radius of aura invisibility. Example: Your teamates all get hooked once, you get 3 stackable tokens, each granting X meters

1 SINGLE IRIDESCENT SHARD
After the rework to gaining iridescent shards came, i've been stuck with my amount of shards ending in 4, or 9, and it is getting very, very annoying having to see that i'm only 1 damn shard away from being a 0. if a dev reads this please, please please just make my shard count a multiple of 5 i cant take it anymore

infinite loading times??
when i play survivor and i hit join lobby, i get a screen where the options to change anything is gone, and a waiting sign is above the join lobby button, it's at least 10 minutes, because i usually just restart my game at that point. what's happening??

Iridescent shard amount
So with the new way of gaining shards, you can't get singular shards now, so i'm stuck with the count always either ending at 9 or 4, and it's really really annoying, can we please round up or down the shard count to multiples of 5?
