Quick fix for boon totems? Or at least temporary patch
Let killer choose if he wants to snuff the totem or break it. Simple as that, so survivors cant get infinite Free Healing Outpost in the corner of the map without gens. Thats not a final solution to the perk balance, but at least an attempt to fix it a bit.

Make obsession base mechanic
In ANY game, despite perk choices by survivors and killer, place an obsession on one of the players. Im really tired of "free tunneling pass" whenever there is no obsession in game. It doesnt change much, it just discourages killer from going after recently hooked person and makes him go after unhooker.

The true altruism - perk idea & 1 QoL change
