Does each Epilogue per level give Rift Fragments?
Or only once per level? I've only completed the upper one of the two for Level 4 for the current tome. Would I get 25 rift fragments for completing the lower one too, or is it only once per page?

Decisive Strike usable without being hooked
1) 1st Hook = Nea 2) Dwight is downed by being pulled out of a locker. 3) Carrying Dwight to be my overall 2nd hook. 4) Elodie takes two protection hits and goes down. 5) Dwight wiggles free. 6) I pick up Elodie. Elodie uses Decisive Strike.

Is my per-killer matchmaking getting reset to easier levels due to inactivity?
I play 23 killers on rotation based on my killer daily. I always re-roll Huntress, usually re-roll Wraith, and sometimes re-roll Hag. I sometimes play survivor. Does my playing each killer about once a month (sometimes 6 weeks go by cuz rng dailies) reset my killers to an easier level? I'm not talking about grades.

I'm on PC Steam. If someone on Epic friends me, how do I chat with them? Do they appear on my Epic friend list? Is there a way to message them but only in-game? Only when in group?

Urban Evasion & New Toggle
I love the new toggle mechanic. Historically, I haven't used Urban Evasion because it hurts my hand. I decided to try it again last night for the first time in a while. The new toggle mechanic doesn't work with it. What's up with that?

Survivors half-AFKing in front of me, pointing at their hook, kinda not trying, etc. I haven't experienced this with other killers. Have you seen the same?
