There seems to be a bug with the "Core Memory: Terrifying Anamnesis" challenge. The challenge says that you must collect two memory shards and either escape OR sync them with an archive portal. I play on PC. The Tough Skin challenge in Tome 17 page 3 appears to be bugged and is not counting progress. The challenge states: "Take two hit(s) while affected by the endurance status effect."
