PC Tubarao's pouch blocked part of my vision after I picked up. Step 1: Find yourself a Tubarao. Step 2: Grab 'em. Step 3: Get hit in the face with a tactical, yet fashionable, pouch. I've only seen 1 Tubarao so far, and I'm not sure if it's a killer specific thing (this was with Myers).
Pallet on the upstairs of the East Wing between the Chief's Office and Private Collection Rooms was bugged and unable to be broken via normal means, I didn't get a chance to test if the Party Invitation would break it but the prompt to break it normally never showed up. There's a bear trap that spawns next to this hill on Family Residence - HD111. You can reset it and step on it, but you can't pick it up.
