A simple numerical value as the the players reach a new hook phase, shown to all players
Out of all the perks, only a few are usable. Id want to use many of the other perks, but question is: Why? Id just lose some bonuses and gain much smaller ones. Also it gives the game more variety, at least hopingly. At least try it in PTB or have a secondary gamemode that increases perk slots.

1. The first 2 survivors should be always much more easier to kill or survivors get depuffs as long as there are 4 survivors but gain buffs when theres 2 or lower.
