Is there a reason to hang onto stuff like medkits and toolkits after they're used? I mean you get to take them with you if you escape but can you 'refill' or something during the game?

Teleporting/rubber banding
Dunno what was going on in the last game but I had a Feng that was blipping all over the place. Eventually I downed her and she immediately teleported about 15 feet from me. She was still down so that was good. Then I teleported about twice on the way to the hook.

I don't know if anyone has noticed but in certain map locations (most often the basement) I've been hearing hear screams of pain from Survivors and stuff like they're right next to you no matter how far away the actual screamer is. is that supposed to be like that?
