Sock Puppet Killer
As said in the title, I think stock puppet monster would be cool. You could have like a Decoy Survivors ability, where survivors mistakenly think they are among allies. Maybe there could be puppet related environmental hazards.

Lights Out- See Dredge During Nightfall
Dredge can make it even darker during nightfall in Lights Out. The tradeoff should be that survivors can get to see the Dredge, while its power is active, in the same way that we can see the killer in the regular mode.
