Old Legion is back and is better than ever
Run Nemesis/Beast of prey. Moonwalk Legion is back and he is better than before since you can still chase people and they get killed by deep wouds. If you don't know what I mean, look at the perk Nemesis and think about how it synergises with legion, franks mixtape is back too.

How to fix bubba
ONE thing that will make him some what decent Remove slowdown when revving chainsaw. That's it, so why can't he get buffed in one week the way Ghostface did when he came out on ptb.

MoM changes
Give it the same conditions as WGLF, 3 protection hits and/or 3 safe unhooks. This should allow for survivors to work to get the perk to activate while not rewarding failure.

Why it sucks to play at high ranks
teammates that won't save you until you are on in struggle phase. Only going against 2 killers the rest of your life at high ranks (Spirit and Billy) More about winning than it is about having fun like all games are supposed to be.
