Is anyone else getting a lot of crashes in their SWF or solo q survivors in games post patch? Some games there are 2 crashes - sometimes we're getting an error crash at start of game and being penalised for DC?

Gidday ~ How do you report a cheater using anonymous mode? In previous discussions devs have mentioned sending clips along with reports. If they're anonymous however they just have the character name (In this case Spirit). Is an in-game report with the hope it will be seen enough?
Is there a way to lower a survivors Scream audio when hooked? I play on 40/100 sound and its significantly higher. I currently Alt+Tab out to another page whenever I get hooked lol... anyone else find this to be a thing?
