this just happens sometimes when i use ds. you can drop pallets and do gens but you can't vault or wiggle. first clip is my first interaction with it second clip is me trying my damnest to loop with the bug active. Decisive strike / wiggle bug
when playing against a dredge i went into a locker i knew he was hiding in so i could buy some time with DS. but when he grabbed me it didnt even pop up. and as a bonus i couldnt wiggle and my wiggle hud didn't pop up either.
