This may sound weird, but i actually think Billy would be so much cooler if the heat dissipation was much stricter, like 3s. It would give the iverheat as an actual reward instead of just being free …1 -

I know the ptb is for testing and are not final builds. But is really bad look the amount of bad ptbs with game breaking changes that the community finds out in less than an hour. How does this stuff…15
