I won't speak on the base changes to healing until I see how they play out. But to say Circle of Healing didn't need a nerf was absolutely broken. It increased the speed at which you healed…2 -

Interested to hear thoughts on the changes, both good and bad. Personally I think some of the perk changes might be a little overkill. I also am not sure how I feel about the rework of med-kit add-on…5
