Hatch offering tells you where the last survivor is going to be going. Map offerings how much of an advantage one side has and can determine the match. They're not remotely the same.4 -

Sounds like a good way to only ever see a single survivor because they have the best self perks. Also, survivors really don't need to have the ability to equip more perks.4
