Why add a new fun item to use that actually adds something fresh to the game just to nerf it and make everyone go back to medkits and toolboxes. Its boring and so dissapointing.13 -

I think for the most part regression perks are fine. Some of the combos can be quite oppresive though, which may be an issue.1 -

I actually agree with OP. Its supposed to be an anti tunnel perk but doesnt work as that. It's weird how the stun duration is shorter than you just wiggling free...like what?1
