gain exhaustion faster while crouching again
new nerf is on all exhaustion perks : dead hard, Lithe and Balanced Landing which already arent that good. If you can no longer get exhaustion back while sprinting then we should be able to crouch to…1 -

to be fair looping and chases are encouraged by the emblem system. The longer a chase the better. But you are right spine chill and empathy are underrated.1
