They all should have a cooldown, so you cannot just disappear forever. If all these happened, you'd get the equavalent of a ghost. And Red Herring is dumb by design and should be reworked entirely.1 -

The numbers are too small. I also saw a suggestion that it should impact locker opening, for example.4
