The issue is that whenever I select a post, the page stays stuck at a single place and rubberbands to it indefinitely. It happens regardless of what device you look up the forums on. You just have to turn on the forums, get into a post and ot happens. Please fix it.

So, regarding the perk changes, I think they're good. The only ones I'm not completely fine with are Pop and DS. I think that 25% Pop is a better change than 20%, and I don't think DS needs a nerf.
