Plague should be able to see the buildup meter. There are no downsides for either of the parties here. You're gonna start vomiting anyway, and the Plague can see how far along the survivor is in…2 -

Since they are doing a graphical update on all the maps this year, I expect them to tackle the old skins as well. I am pretty sure they won't leave that out.1 -
