Did You Seriously Nerf Insta-heals?
Insta heals got nerfed because of whiny killers but the Nurse update is bad huh? How about this READ THE ADDONS THEY ARE RIDICULOUS WITH CERTAIN BUILDS. Those complaining about Nurses being "nerfed" are usually the trash players and Nurse mains are dancing in Joy because they got some serious add-ons now that they can use to destroy a four man team. Yet Insta heals got nerfed and not a single thread on that huh? In that case get rid of Noed get rid of insta downs, get rid of anything that insta downs a survivors since we can't have our medkits. If that's the case that's more of this fanbase gone already. Pathetic.

Yes, we did. They were far too powerful and didn't take any planning or skill to use. Any time you got hit, you could use it to get a free health state. You could even use a syringe after the killer downs a survivor to completely negate the entire chase and reset them back to healthy. It was definitely too much.

What a great day. Skilless nurses who think they should 4k every game against players of all skill levels get nerfed, and toxic SWF teams who rely on overpowered insta-heals to do well get nerfed on the same day? Wonderful.

So what will be done about killer with insta down capabilities? You mean to tell me insta heals were too much but leatherface with easy cool downs, is perfectly balanced. Did you even think of how this effects console players at the very least considering they aren't on the same level as PC?

Honestly, they actually buffed insta-heals because the septic agent grants the Endurance status effect.
Which means you can tank a hit while exposed which you couldn't do before. :)

Context: insta-heals have recieved a 'paper-nerf' only after they have been made irrelevant by several other game changes and meaningful survivor-buffs. These are the only forms of nerfs survivors ever get, done purely so they can make their lol-lists of 'extensive nerfs' they've recieved and pretend they are somehow on-par with the hundreds of undiluted nerfs killers have got.

You think he sucks playing against a P3 leatherface on console is no easy feat considering we don't have a mouse pad to flick our controls around to our will, we actually have to use skills.

I would argue that Leatherface sucks harder on console due to lack of sensitivity when making tight turns.

I agree they were too much. But the picking up a downed survivor did take some planning and timing to use effectively.

Obviously if you're waiting around for the chance to use it then no. I'm talking about having the situational awareness to make the save at the right time. Similar to a flashlight save without the aiming. I never used the insta heals, so the changes don't really matter to me. I just think your assessment of how mindless it was is a bit unfair.

Hoping Mori's are the next thing to receive an overhaul next. A lot of the things that make the game unfun at times are slowly being chipped away and it's actually nice to see.
The addon changes and Nurse changes are both fine honestly imo. We'll see how it is in the PTB though.

You obviously don't know the pain of going up against a strong SWF team with nothing but insta heals.
No matter how optimal you try to chase, all they have to do is spam the insta heal to negate the entire chase.
I don't care what you think because an insta-heal change was inevitable.

Actually, if you was using a septic agent, poor coordination could lead to the killer smacking the healed survivor back to the ground. :)
By no means I'm saying septic agents are fine, but I just wanted to let you there's some planning to insta-healing a downed survivor. On the other hand, anti-hemorrhage syringe basically negates the counterplay because the survivor has two health states and the killer can only take one away with their basic attack.

New Nurse with add-ons < old Nurse without add-ons.
The fact that you really think Leatherface should be nerfed because he has an instant down makes me think you are not worth arguing.

Yet there's so much skill involved with deleting someone from the match by using a mori after just one hook? 66% faster elimination is far too powerful and takes no skill to use.

As a survivor main, of course I'm not gonna jump for joy about a survivor nerf but I realize DBD has always been about giving and taking from both sides. I wish something was done about Mori but maybe that'll be in the future. Overall not too painful. I think Spirit will be next.

Did you consider or even test a version where instaheals can only be used on other survivors but never on yourself?
Your second post implies that you, personally at least, think this is still not okay because of SWF and perks like Empathy. While these conditions are sort of easy to achieve you also need to give up on repair time or coordinate for the other survivor to go down near you so you can run off the generator to heal them which might make them balanced.

OMG, they had to nerf Instaheals at some point.
Also, it is time to get rid of Red Moris. Those are at least as broken as instaheals.
