The "Anti-Facecamp radius" is now the "Camp slightly further away radius"
What is the point of it, if the killer can still camp you, just a couple meters further away, while looking at you? Just remove it altogether.

How to obtain players' Cloud ID for reporting?
If I want to report a cheater that is playing on a platform different than steam, how can I obtain his cloud ID? Given that usernames can be easily changed thanks.

FIX DEAD HARD or remove it from the game
I know programming a game might be challenging, but you can't let people waste a slot with a perk that doesn't work. Fix it, fix your extremely low quality servers, or remove the perk from the game.
