Houndmaster is extremely bad
Hitting players with Hound is extremely difficult due to the long power charge time + terrain restrictions + bugs. Houndmaster is literally a much worse Deathslinger and Cenobite. These killers have similar powers to the Hound but can shoot over and through terrain. Scott tested Houndmaster and called her extremely weak.

Improving vecna a bit more
