SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: vigil is not 40% faster, that is 66%. 40s Exhausted only need 40/1.66=24.1s, not 40/1.4=28.57s

PLATFORM:ALL

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. carry vigil in match
  2. get Blindness, Broken, Exhausted, Exposed, Haemorrhage, Hindered, Mangled, and Oblivious Status Effects.
  3. Recovery time is wrong.

    I did some further testing on this and yeah, Vigil does appear to be reducing the actual status effect time by 40% rather than increasing the recovery rate by 40%. The 40% reduced time would be equivalent to a 66.66% increased recovery rate, which is never how the perk functioned previously. I can confirm that Vigil properly increased recovery rates by 40% on the 8.5.0 PTB when it was buffed, so this issue had to have started at some point after that.

    You can see the following status durations in this video:

    Sprint Burst exhaustion starts at 0:00 and ends at 0:24 which is 40 / 1.6666 = 24 seconds, should be 40 / 1.4 = 28.6 seconds.

    Dragon's Grip exposed starts at 0:31 and ends at 1:07 which is 60 / 1.6666 = 36 seconds, should be 60 / 1.4 = 42.9 seconds.

    Brass Case Lighter (60-second blindness addon) starts ticking down at 1:15 and ends at 1:51 which is 60 / 1.6666 = 36 seconds, should be 60 / 1.4 = 42.9 seconds.

    Sloppy Butcher starts at 1:58 and ends at 2:52 which is 90 / 1.6666 = 54 seconds, should be 90 / 1.4 = 64.3 seconds.

    The number percentage is under review on this bug report. But the 2nd part (which is why we request that bugs are limited to one report), is not a bug.

    Vigil does not reduce the time of the status effect caused by a Killer power.
