Possible Shared Status Effect to Prevent Stacking of Second Chance Perks

Hello,

I wanted to suggest possibly implementing some form of shared status effect to prevent the stacking of second chance perks such as Deliverance, Unbreakable, and Decisive Strike. Players often complain when these perks are used in tandem, and it is particularly aggravating when playing against survivor 4 stacks as a killer. Currently, the Exhausted status effect is used to prevent this with perks like Sprint Burst and others sharing an exhaustion timer. I think this would be a good approach to prevent the stacking of second chance perks if the dev/balance team were interested in addressing this.

Another way would be to implement mutually disallowed perks, either via hardcoding (i.e. you cannot select both Unbreakable and Decisive Strike), or via creating groups of perks that cannot be taken together, which is what Exhaustion seems to do in a way that avoids ludo-narrative dissonance.

I'm definitely not very good at this game, but I just wanted to put this suggestion out there. It could probably be applied to other categories of perks too. I had this thought when I started maining killer. This game is way harder to balance than a game like league for many reasons, but one is that every killer/survivor can share perks and players can craft any combination they like. More restrictions would lead to a more balanced game, but the devs should take care to not overdo this and remove interesting builds.
