Tools for randomization in game

There's multiple websites that let you randomize your perks, items, add-ons and characters. But there's literally nothing in game or online that takes into account the cosmetics and charms you own and gives you the ability to randomize your cosmestics and charms along with things characters, perks, items, add-ons and offerings. An all in one tool that let's you control what you want to randomize in game for variety would be amazing. Or at the very least as a 3rd party website like the devs do with our stats.
