Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Character Loadouts Do Not Save
Changing a character and/or a character's cosmetics does not save when exiting to the lobby. Swapping survivors and killers, as well as their outfits, perk and cosmetic load outs, and additionally their charms is not saved when returning to the main menu of the game after making changes.
I am using the Steam version of the game, though this issue has also occurred on Nintendo Switch and Xbox Series S.
Instructions:
1. Open DbD to the main menu, after the title screen.
2. Change your currently selected survivor, killer, or any of their cosmetic and/or perk loadouts, whether individual pieces or using the preset feature.
3. Back out to the main menu, and close the game.
4. Re-open the game. None of the cosmetic or perk loadout changes will have saved.
