Wraith is permalocked on the PTB and I have nothing

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When I launched the PTB, it played the Sadako video before I got to the main menu. It asked me to do the tutorial but said I couldn't. When I checked my characters, everyone was p0 with no levels. I also didn't own wesker, trickster, or bubba, all whom I've owned since release.

Edit: Okay, looks like I need to go to each killers bloodweb individually and it auto levels them to p3 level 50. It appears that the feature to level other killers while you queue is bugged, as it kept swapping back to the queuing killers bloodweb. I also still can't unlock wraith.

    It looks like it's the same with survivors - before entering the blood web on any given survivor they're in a fresh, nothing unlocked, nothing but the basic item, level 1 state. Entering the blood web unlocks every perk for that character (including other character's perks) but needs to be repeated for each survivor you want to actually play as.

    Reboot the game, Wraith/David should auto unlock if he hasn't yet - at least that's the fix I'm hearing of.

    Thanks for taking the time to flag this! We've flagged the issue related to David and The Wraith to the team, and as mentioned earlier in this thread, entering the Bloodweb with a given character will automatically set them to Level 50 and Prestige 3, unlocking their perks to Tier 3, as well as any items that would regularly be obtained during this process.
