I want a unique hinderance-type killer power.
Similar to the Cenobite or the Clown; I want a killer which applies the "hindered" status effect to survivors. I imagine a killer power which is similar to that of 'Moira' from Overwatch 2. If you are familiar with that character, you would know that her M2 attack has an auto-aim feature, which triggers when targets are within a balanced range from you and your cursor.
In the context of DBD, this "pulling" power should not cause any damage; however, I would like it to apply the hindered status effect to survivors. I would imagine a fair M2 trigger range would be about 16 meters. The hindered effect gained from this power should be just enough to prevent survivors from performing "fast" vaults, they would only be limited to "medium" vaults. Of course, the killer's movement speed should be reduced by a fair amount while using this power, regardless of whether they are locked onto a target or not. I would imagine a balanced hinder ratio would look something like this: 20% for survivors and 10% for the killer; although, these numbers are based off the perk 'Forced Hesitation' which is the only perk that I know prevents fast vaults for sure. In reality, the amount of hindered gained should be equal to the minimum requirement for "medium" vaults.
Once a survivor has been hindered for about 15 seconds the killer gains one "pull" token, up to a maximum of 2. These tokens can be used to "pull" survivors 8 meters towards the killer around the speed of 8 meters per second. If a survivor is pulled during a vault, that survivor's vault animation is reversed and they are left standing 1 meter away from the window. If a survivor is pulled while on the opposite side of any vaulting location, they are forced into a fast vault towards the killer. The M1 basic attack should work seamlessly when used in combination to the M2 power. M1 attacks performed on a hindered survivor within 3 seconds after using this power on them should be considered special attacks.
I would love to see more interactions with the "pull" tokens which allow you to perform different interactions like having a longer lunge for the price of one token or the ability to break pallets at a distance for the price of 2 tokens. These types of interactions might be better left for add-ons. Either way, I think the biggest weakness for this power would be collision boxes and map geometry. Obviously, you couldn't pull a survivor you don't have line of sight with; but even if you did, there's no telling how much collision sliding is going to be considered "acceptable" by the community. In my humble opinion, I think pulled survivors should be able to slide along surfaces as long as they are moving closer towards the killer. Perhaps survivors should be allowed to strafe towards pallets and prevent themselves from being pulled all 8 meters by dropping pallets. Maybe some of these numbers need to be tweaked. I'm not sure what kind of add-ons might be best for a unique power like this. I would love some feedback on this type of power.

It sounds really cool and unique to me, but survivors would hate it. Anything that's not an easily dodgeable projectile or dash attack is "boring".
