Why was the blood changed to not be seen in Frenzy? Before, it was understandable because of the moonwalk exploit, but since Deep Wound is now tied to the terror radius and not chase, it seems like an unnecessary adjustment.

When missing with an attack, will the frenzy bar be completely depleted, or will you get a head start on your next charge?
9 -
Do you guys consider removing some of unnecessary nerfs for legion, especially from Feral Frenzy changes?

Since you are changing my only Easy to Use Killer, What is BHVR Philosophy regarding Killer Powers, Are Powers supposed to be Easy to Understand, Easy/Hard to Use and Hard to Master?
Can there be any Easy to Use or Easy to Master Killer?

With many Legion players, the main tactic used is to tunnel a specific surviror, repeatedly stabbing them with frenzy, since deep wound is too easy to mend and leaving survivors to bleed out isn't viable. Since deep wound stabs will no longer deplete the deep wound bar further, how is Legion going to stay viable?
7 -
Why did you decide to completely gut legion, instead of shifting his power in healthier ways?
10 -
Why is mending a deep wound not considered "Healing"?
12 -
With Legion's new changes coming underway, will we be seeing new mechanics out of their add-on changes, or will they still be the same with relatively upgraded buffs? Also, with the new updates, will you be experimenting more with Legion with certain mechanics to further boost their ability, such as maybe allowing Nurses to work with mending now or allowing Bamboozle to work with pallets?
Thanks for taking the time to answer our questions, I really love what you guys are doing for us. :)
4 -
Have you guys ever experimented with removing mending all together and making legions frenzy hit just do normal damage?
5 -
Can you now make mending consider as healing? Because now mending in terror radius and start mending would pause the timer
3 -
Why make Feral Frenzy speed slower? The main concern with current Legion is that even with duration increases, the speed is not enough if the survivor is running a exhaution perk/knows to stay away from groups.
(Keep doing you however, I am looking forward to the changes and balance fixes.)
2 -
Will we keep the the marks for detecting others in your terror radius or will that be modified or changed.
0 -
Did you change the " Deranged Pursuit " achivement ?
13 -
Do you not think a Legion rework would be better than buffing / nerfing him? Right now though he isn't strong, there are very few counters to his power, making him boring to play against.
0 -
The new feral frenzy seems useless when a survivor its already injured, what if at least an extra additional hit make a debuff at the repair speed for 120s?
13 -
I'm a little concerned with the deep wound change. The new change practically buffs Borrowed time and might affect the use of Feral Frenzy in chases. Will these points be looked at again and maybe reconsidered?
6 -
Now that Deep Wound doesn't go down while mending and in the Terror Radius, have you considered mending to be a healing action that can be seen through Nurse's Calling?
8 -
The current slate of changes are particularly contentious and in some places seem like punitive punishments for the long term use of what was a tactic that could be used on any killer with the exception of the Deep Wounds interaction which could have been corrected with an adjustment to how Deep Wounds and chases worked with each other. Would it have not been better to give Legion a new power that was more worthwhile for both sides to deal with than such a huge drawback of strength and utility?
0 -
With the new changes, it looks like legion will always have an easy first hit, but why should a player play legion over wraith, since wraith can surprise first hit survivors, even during chases.
4 -
Would you consider giving less of a harsh penalty than losing your power completely for missing attacks?
8 -
Why do your PTB changes only get tweaked once, and put onto live servers without further testing the tweaks you just made?
3 -
Not to be snotty, but why has The Legion, one of the newest killers to be added to the roster, receiving an overhall where as older killers who have been overdo (ie wraith, Freddy, Trapper) been closed to ignored?
3 -
Were there any other options that were discussed and rejected when deciding how to change Legion?
1 -
What were your goals with this Legion rework?
8 -
Can we get refunds since Legion is now just a low tier M1 killer with no powers?
17 -
Why did you make feral frenzy deactivate once you miss one attack?
7 -
Is this change intended to be an overall buff, nerf or sidegrade?
2 -
What is the point of multiple hits on the same survivor while feral frenzy if causes no further bar progress?
Seems a bad design
12 -
The changes to Legion look great, as it forces you to play him correctly. I seriously agree that Frenzy should never have done any damage/reduce the mend timer. That being said, it appears that Legion will be extremely easy to loop now, as none of the looping issues in the game have been fixed. Several maps still have multiple infinites controlled by RNG. How is this M1 killer going to work with these infinites?
7 -
Are there any plans for optimizing controllers or not making legion get stunned for missing feral frenzy attacks on console? The survivors can move faster than the camera with a controller even on 100% sensitivity. It's very difficult/annoying to deal with.

(I am a Japanese player. Please excuse my poor English.)
Will the previous Legion no longer play? Of course deep wound update and the Legion’s terror radius update should be changed to what was announced.
I am pleased that the change of Region announced the other day. However, Legion has been playing for a long time, so I am a little lonely

Just want to clarify quickly because this has come up a couple times: You do not lose your entire charge if you miss an attack, your frenzy will just end prematurely. So if you have 75% of your meter left and miss, for example, you don't lose that remaining 75%, your power starts to recharge from that point.

Whats the point of using the Legions power anymore, if I´m so serverly punished for activating it in the first place ? (Giving surviors a free speed boost without seeing where there are running + a fatigue for a 15 seconds action that has no skill checks and doesnt deplete, as long you are in the terror radius or press a button anywhere on the map)
2 -
Don't you guys think you've over nerfed legion way way too hard making them the worst killers??? Unless the add-ons affect the changes
5 -
I generally like the rework. The only thing that perplexes me is the usefulness of Deepwound; given the new downsides, I hardly see someone going down because of it (and that's ok imo), so I see Feral Frenzy as a quick way to injure multiple survivors, which personally is what I like more about Legion, and Deep Wound as a sort of Snapping Out Of It, but without all the effects of madness.
This might just be an impression since all we have now it's on paper.
Wouldn't be better at this point to give the Deep Wound a different effect? For example remove the mend action, and if the timer runs out the survivor gets broken, which makes him downable with Feral Frenzy. The timer could even be prolonged in that case, to allow survivors to heal (with a medkit, Self Care, or by a teammate). Once healed the timer disappear. I think it could work well as a time waster, as a way to make survivors group up and make FF more menacing.
tl;dr : Deep Wound seems less useful with the rework, would it be possible to change it to give a different effect?
8 -
One of the new changes was that regular frenzy attacks do not decrease the bleed out timer. However, Not Queen has said that there will be add-ons that will allow this to happen. Do you have any intention of changing this? It seems that if this goes through unchanged, people will run these add-ons all the time, like how we used to run combat straps all the time for Pig.
1 -
What other ideas were there for the Legion before you announced these ones?
0 -
Can we expect Freddy getting the same treatment as Legion?
0 -
So with these new changes, does that mean the "Deranged Pursuit" will be even less acquirable? The requirements (unless changed since I was last aware) were already extremely situational, but now it's going to be near impossible to acquire this achievement with these new changes implemented.
1 -
Devs I'm really concerned about the application of deep wounds, not the danger but the lack thereof. What is the purpose of applying an effect that is the exact same as a beneficial Survivor perk and doesn't present any semblance of danger until the Killer is safely at a distance allowing you to nullify it?
0 -
Why make borrowed time so overpowered and limit camping once and for all without buffing killers to a viable level?
1 -
The Legion's core vision is spread damage and slow the game down(just a lil' bit). However, Killers adapted past that and found more lethal ways to apply Feral Frenzy and Deep Wounds since the core vision wasn't a viable high rank tactic.
Since all these changes do is remove all the tools Killers adapted past the core vision, why aren't we seeing some buffs to the core vision to make it viable? Why can't being afflicted by Deep Wounds mean something beyond needing to stop what you are doing for 10 seconds?
5 -
Will we see a small mechanism where Legion gets to have a small advantage vaulting over things? Example: When Survivors vault over and Legion follows a vault within the chase Survivors can simply go back to the same vault that Legion vaulted before. This seems to be his only weakness at this case, although is this fair for a Killer that has the ability to vault over things unlike other Killers? (Which can be done the same way)
This idea is mainly for the new players.
(Also, not a question but can't you just disable mending add-on's for Legion until this issue is resolved? To make it more fair and easier? Just like you do with event offerings.)
0 -
will he be able to jump vult still?
0 -
Is there any chance the terror radius halting deep wounds could be changed to effect only the LAST survivor to have it applied to them during a feral frenzy?
0 -
Whats the point of pausing the Deep Wounds timer while Mending? This is extremely unnecessary considering it already doesnt go down within the Killer's Terror Radius.
5 -
Can we get a refund?
9 -
is this just a temp change? or are you going to give legion a proper rework after freddy which they need. you can only do so little with bandaid fixes just look at wraith. you did so many changes to him but nothing really happend.
1 -
- “The Deep Wound timer progress is no longer reduced by regular Feral Frenzy attacks.”
Does this mean the “Deranged Pursuit” achievement will be changed since the timer cannot be reduced from a feral frenzy attack?
1 -
With this rework the speed was reduced and the duration was increased but we were not given numbers to just how much these two aspects of legion's power was changed.
Can we get some numbers for these changes and do they allow you to more effectively chain hits than you could before? I ask this as where Legion is right now you need to get super lucky to properly chain hits and where this rework looks to push players to play Legion the way they were meant to be played, duration and speed are the two most important changes to nail in this entire rework.
