Why you give more bloodpoints to the survivors?
And why not apply the same logic to the killer?

What logic? They want to bridge the gap between the 2 roles so they receive equal amounts of bloodpoints per match.

But the one side has 4 players and the other 1 and as the killer, you need more points by doing this they small % of killers the play for blood point will stop. As survivors is easy to "win" and have fun and now you get the same point as a killer even tho you are 1/4 of him ?

Two Things
- The goal is for no-one to feel "forced" to play one side in order to efficiently grind blood points.
- There is not a likely downside to the killer for the survivors getting more BP in the ways mentioned. It's not like unhooking got buffed...

Each individual Survivor should have a reasonable opportunity to get about as many Bloodpoints as a Killer.

This doesn't quite make sense. The number of players per side has no impact on your personal scoring. The goal behind the changes is to level out the average bloodpoint earnings between the two sides (on average, killers earn more bloodpoints per match right now). Increasing killer bloodpoints as well would only exacerbate the gap.
This has the added benefit of helping with queue times. Rather than having everyone flock to playing killer during a bloodhunt, you could play whichever side you're comfortable with and end up getting more or less the same amount of points. This means faster and more consistent queue times for everyone, which means more matches, which means more points. It's a win win.

With the current changes, I doubt that survs will get as many bloodpoints as the killer. One major issue remains: Survivors often reach the 8k cap for one category pretty quickly, but can't get points in other categories due to the circumstances of the match.
For example: If I get chased a lot, I'll get my 8k Boldness fast. As long as the killer is focussing me, I'm stuck with these points, since I can't get any Objective or Altruism done.

Just because you earned the blood points playing survivor doesn't mean you can't spend them on leveling up killers.

You need them for the Bloodweb, obviously. Both sides are equally entitled to Bloodweb access.

It will just make survivor more appealing as role, so, in theory, it would be harder to create a situation like the one we had in these past few weeks, where everyone was playing killer because more rewarding (bloodpoint-wise).

Caveat: Unless they only give killers the event offerings (effectively; survivors had them much much much more rare) again. Or they repeat something like Hallowed Blight where survivors were done with the event once they hit their goal.

As a survivor, you can get the same point as the killer per hour because as a survivor you can go to the next game after you die. Survivors are a way to easy to play more relaxed.

They are scaling the survivor blood points up based on how long they are in a match. So they'll only get more BP if they don't die.

Killers get more points on average and their farming perk is easier to stack. Does that answer your question?

Lately for the reason of BP far more people play killer. As a killer myself i very higly aprove giving survivors more BP since I had to switch to playing survivors since I don't want to wait 10+ minutes for a lobby.

Getting bloodpoints as a survivor is a chore. You have4 people fighting for a limited amount of bloodpoints

This game is was too much of a grind right now.

How you know that ? And who say you will not escape
1) 99% the last gen/s
2) if the killer kick them go and M1 for 1 sec
3) When you have the points you want or if the killer will kill your survivor just pop the gen and use the andrelalin

I like the change, I just wish they took one thing into consideration, that being Killers add ons.
I wish they'd reduce the cost of killer add ons aswell with this change to help even things out since as Killer you loose your add ons every trial while survivors if they escape get to keep their items, with the new changes it's going to be even easier to stockpile your items/add ons as survivor.

If that was the case survivors would do all last 3 gens to 99% and then finish one to maximaze points. But that doesn't happen pretty much ever. I doubt that will become serious issue.

Do you remember when you can't kick the gen back in the start of the game you will 99 % the gens do everything you want the when you are done you leave the game?

If the survivors are in the locker, they are not on the generator. FFS this change isn't that big of deal.

To maximize bloodpoints, you would still have to do gens. You will get more bloodpoints hiding in a locker than you would have before, but there is no reason to assume that doing so now will net you more points than being proactive.

@Peanits Are you guys taking into account that Survivors currently make more Bloodpoints per, let's say hour, than Killers because they get more games thanks to their lower queue times and not being bound to stay in a trial until the end?

I've been playing as Ghost Face, trying to have fun with survivors, tea bagging around and farming if they want. You know what most do? Finish the gens and leave. Don't take that as a complaint; I'm not complaining, just pointing out a fact. They have an obvious chance to go slower and earn more points, and they don't take it. So why would survivors take this chance with killers who are trying to kill them?
These cases of survivors sticking around to earn more Bloodpoints seem very unlikely. But even if they do, maybe it would help a bit with the issue of matches going too fast, which is actually a common problem at the moment.

I feel like people tend to forget that a lot of people actually wait until the end of the game, especially when playing with their friends. Furthermorr, BBQ is way easier to stack than We're Gonna Live Forever.

That doesn't change the fact that Survivors have the chance to earn more than a Killer over a certain time period.
If they don't take that opportunity, then that's their problem.

And not surprisingly, you missed the point.
OP doesn't complain about Survivors getting more points as such, but rather why the devs don't just generally up the Bloodpoint gain to lessen the grind for everone.

The problem with this logic, is that killers have to play each individual game longer. If a survivor has a rough game, or don't want to play a particular game any longer, they can generally die quickly and move on to the next game. Unless a killer DC's, they're in the game until all four survivors escape or die. The reason for mentioning this is that survivors can generally play multiple games faster. If you're looking at the average points per game, killer should stand above survivors.
You should really be looking at average bloodpoints per overall game time. IE: How many points can a killer earn in an hour vs survivor. For math's sake, lets pretend a game lasts 30 minutes. If a killer earns 30k bloodpoints for this game, the last survivor in this game should also be able to earn around 30k. But the survivor who died 10 minutes in should never really be able to get beyond 10k.
So yea, killers should 100% average more bloodpoints per match, but the points per minute should be roughly the same.

Complaining about blood points for survivors when killers will still be getting the same good amount of points? Jesus, some people just need to complain for the sake of it. I see so many posts about killers waiting in lobbies for so long and a change to survivor blood points would actually get more people playing survivor so those wait times aren't as bad.

Stats the devs released some time ago. The average Killer gained just 1k more than Survivors per game, but already back then Survivors gained more per play session as they generally get more games per hour than a Killer, by inherent design.
Other than that it's really just common sense if you think about it.

I'd like to see those stats, please. Beyond that, it's not common sense because depending on the gap between Survivors and Killers, the amount of games needed to be played to make up the difference may not be reasonable for anyone outside of hardcore BP grinders.
