SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Coming out of a locker causes killer to go flying and doesn't stun them. I had had on equipped so may be an interaction with that?
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Played a match on RPD as Ada Wong against The Clown, was using Head On but it wasn't ready to use yet.

You should add the game logs from
C:\Users\*user account*\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
