Ruin is one of the most used and effective perks atm (it was really unhealthy in its old state), pop is still very good, discordance is still basically the same and very good and Lullaby got fixed. None of those really help your point.

No offense to Cheers, but definitely DON’T use STBFL on him. His biggest strength is snowballing within his power, which of course is a one hit down. So STBFL would be quite useless.
