I disagree, the perk is pretty much as powerful is repressed alliance, and maybe a bit weaker. You get stunned and blinded, so like and extra 4 seconds or so. Plus you need to work on 66% of a gen to even get it.

Finally finished installing the update, and holy hell does it ######### suck. While I'm used to the awful stutter every now and again, its happening about every 30 secs.

Bamboozle is just one of those perks that, while not OP, ######### sucks to play against, kinda similar to dead hard. It just removes different way to the play game

There is nothing stopping players from doin it now, it just takes longer. If a player dosent want to play nurse, but wants her perks, they can just level her up but never play her. What changes when there isn't a cap?
