Neither Survivors nor Killers are supposed to win 100% of their games. Furthermore Ghostface is one of the weaker killers, in my opinion, well designed killers shouldn't really need to slug, tunnel or camp to win their games. Unfortunately there are many killers that aren't designed well.

I did say in my post that potentially disabling or limiting this for 4 man SWF could be a balancing factor. Furthermore I don't think disregarding an idea because it has issues is a good standard to set. Coming up with solutions rather than abandoning ideas is what the game needs right now.

I actually think the toxic behaviour you mentioned is primarily the result of the dc penalty. Trapping players who have given up in the match results in this because they don't care. I think that removing the dc penalty (or at least reducing it) and adding an avoid as teammate function would likely be an improvement.

I think that the trail gets broken when placed above the basment or placed on second floors in maps like "the game" and "midwich". A similar thing happened on "midwich" but the other way around. Ph placed a trail on the second floor and it got moved down to the floor below.
