A mid point between my mechanic and yours, would be as you suggested, one where survivors could only be on the floor for say 40 seconds with less hooks, but more hooks extend this duration, or even generator progression could affect this value too.…

When it comes to Slugging, killers usually try to bank on Survivor's being altruistic and proxy camp the survivor anyway. This change is to stop the extreme end of slugging where the killer just keeps downing survivors and never hooking or progressing the game.

I do actually like this sound of that for his ability. I could imagine his invisibility is based on a resource he needs to manage, where he could run out of it. Or survivors could set up water traps to force him out of it.

Blighted Unknown is what I am really hoping for. Imagine, when he's moving, you hear the normal bones and squelching, but on top of it you hear the wet pop of the pustules, and when it tries to talk it sounds gargled.

The only killers I frequently don't have fun against are: Wesker Chucky Clown The remaining roster I actually find fun to face. Those 3 are so boring to me and just offer uninteresting gameplay. I can see why others might like them, but they just don't do it for me.

Honestly, all those changes (except the CoH change) are really nice actually. If boons get used more, I can see myself running Shattered Hope more. Would definitely be a nice change.

Oh 100% I would love to see that. I can imagine walking around as a small artillery unit, or using it with Insidious to hide in crevices waiting for survivors. It would be fun to mess around with.

Yeah, probably. But I think the main frustration point around it for survivors isn't the information given, it's the fact they can't counteract it reliably.

I think the most recent buff to Machine Learning was a decent step forward. The only changes I would suggest for it is that you can compromise multiple gens at once and you don't need to kick gens twice. It would make the perk more consistent by far.

Probably something similar to Dredge where they reduce her noise. The voices and whispers during Corrupt Purge can be way too loud sometimes.

WA's aura reading if for ANY item on the ground, including if a survivor drops it themselves without Franklin's or depletion. The perks are working as intended.

I like the Insta hit of FOTD because it rewards good positioning and timing on the killer's side. But it feels awful to go against as survivor. It's tricky.

I agree with you that killers can choose their own difficulty, but how the survivors play isn't up to the killer. I try to play chill and the game goes by too fast because the survivors want to do their own thing too, whether that be escape or chase. I get that MMR can help me have better games, but for now I'm just enjoying the matches lasting longer win or lose. I know I'm not gonna win every single one, but just being in game for longer is what I am looking for.

Yeah gen speeds are an issue, but I don't think the best way to deal with the issue is extend gen times because that is the most boring part of survivor gameplay. If they could something more interactive that could extend the game that would be more ideal than making survivors hold a button for longer.
