It's decent. Personally, I rarely bring an item other than a brown medkit, so it's not a perk I ever use.
-
39% solo escape rate.. This is fine :")
-
He was already viable at high MMR, but the changes make him more skill-based instead of just back-reving every time. Good change.
-
The voice lines are fantastic. His perks are fun but not meta by any means, so I personally don't think he's worth buying. But hey, I love Cage IRL, so it's cool to see him be part of DBD.
-
Sprint Burst, Bond/Kindred, Distortion, Calm Spirit. Hopefully if Ultimate Weapon is nerfed, I can switch out Calm Spirit for something more consistent.
-
His fast ADS speed is what made him problematic before. He was almost un-loopable. If they made ADS speed add-ons, those would become the only ones people use because it's so strong. They need to buff him in other ways, like giving him a secondary power, or maybe bring back stealth builds by reducing his Terror Radius…
-
Buffing it to 4 seconds would be fair imo. Would bring it in line with other exhaustion perks.
-
The chainsaw is way too spammable with next to no miss penalty. 13m/s speed is also kinda absurd. Honestly, I think he’s stronger than Blight right now. Been getting demolished in solo queue. Not a fan of the changes.
-
Looks like the darkness applies to the Killer as well. It's not just a Survivor debuff haha.
-
I feel like killer should be able to have 5 or six perks. 4 perks is plenty. If you're struggling, you're either using sub-optimal builds, playing one of the weaker Killers, or just need to improve. A good Nurse or Blight, for example, doesn't need any perks to win, let alone 5 or 6. the game is pretty survivor sided…
-
No. The regression is not enough. The deactivation upon 1 death was not the issue with the perk.
-
My only advice would be to stay healthy because Slice & Dice will hit you 90%+ of the time. You need to force him to injure you with Slice & Dice so you can play around the cooldown. Burn pallets so you don’t get M1’d. That’s all I got.
-
I mean that Nurse ignores pallets and vaults, which are the only defenses Survivors have.
-
Or maybe it's not a simple fix and takes time. Plaything is bugged on the Survivor side, and I don't see a hotfix rushed out to address it.
-
I mean, Nurse is absolutely a relic of the past. She breaks the rules of the game.
-
Money. Also, idk if you've played mobile DBD, but the gameplay is terrible compared to PC/Console. So they add bonus stuff to entice people to play it.
-
I would like a slight nerf to his base recharge speed. I think ,even without add-ons, he is able to rush a little too often. For comparison, Spirit has a 15 second cooldown from a full power usage, whereas Blight has a 10 second cooldown to recover all charges.
-
It just depends what time of day you play. Early morning-afternoon generally has a Survivor bonus, whereas Evening generally has a Killer bonus. Makes sense - when work/school is out, people want to play with their friends, which you can only do on Survivor.
-
Idk about worse, but I still think she's the least enjoyable Killer to face. Still see people giving up on 1st hook or DCing fairly often, and I still don't blame them lol.
-
I know it's not as simple as hiring more devs, but they really need to find a way to speed things up. I wish quality of life and balance updates could take priority over DLC/cosmetics, but they are a business after all. I love this game, but I do think it still has a lot of untapped potential.
-
Luck of the Draw + increased fog/darkness were the only ones I'd see myself playing.
-
1) Matchmaking accuracy should take priority over queue times. 2) The lobby should be deleted entirely. When 5 people are found, start the match. No more lobby shopping/checking profiles. (Not sure if hot-take, just wanted to post this.) 3) Charms are pointless and a waste of development time. 4) Lethal Pursuer ruins the…
-
Head On + Quick & Quiet is always fun. You could also throw in Parental Guidance to be extra sneaky and lose the Killer after a stun.
-
Deal. I prefer Sprint Burst or Lithe over MFT, and I dislike how Lethal Pursuer essentially removes the early game phase of hide & seek.
-
The rank system was very flawed, but I am nostalgic for it sometimes. I really miss rank reset every month, where games became more chaotic for awhile.
-
MFT nerf in exchange for Blight nerf. Deal?
-
For those wondering, BHVR confirmed giving props has no effect, but apparently they do track it in case they want to make it do something in the future.
-
I would say Lery's. There's just so many corridors that it makes rushing difficult. Same reason why Hillbilly struggles on that map.
-
Females are smaller, and therefore easier to hide with. They also take up less of the screen, so you can see more around you.
-
Are we forgetting they buffed kill rates to 60% across the board? The game is statistically balanced in the Killer's favor. That's an objective fact.
-
UW is so good that it makes every other info perk irrelevant. That's the opposite of fine.
-
I see Knight as an autopilot Killer. Place a guard, they chase one way, you chase the other, and you get a hit. He encourages "hold W" gameplay, which is not fun for either side.
-
Really wish they had done a Game rework rather than add more Macmillan maps.
-
I thought we had all agreed that nerfing things based on popularity is dumb. Jolt is the 2nd most picked Killer perk. Shall we nerf it? Huntress is #2 most picked. Does she need a nerf?
-
Incredible. It only took like a year.
-
Facts. With healing nerfed, it just encourages rushing gens even more than before.
-
It's hard to say. What is your ping? Can you post a clip of your gameplay? What are your PC specs?
-
He's good because he removes the chase. Just put a guard down at a loop, have him go one way, and you go the other. There's no escaping the hit if there's no other loop nearby. If you get caught in a corner by Knight, you're just screwed :(
-
Sunk cost fallacy :^)
-
They've been attempting to solve this problem by making Killers with their own side objective (Singularity's EMPs for example). But that still leaves older Killers in the dust.
-
Considering the smartest thing you can do as Survivor is to split up, perks based on staying together were always a terrible idea (except pre-nerf Prove Thyself I guess).
-
It's problematic against Freddy. But I haven't seen a Freddy in like 6 months, so.
-
I don't care about cosmetics, so ranking purely from a hide & seek standpoint: Claudette is the best because she is small and imo hardest to see. Jeff/Bill are the worst because they're the biggest and their grunts of pain are arguably the loudest.
-
Not sure there's much you could realistically do to change it at this point. It's just a symptom of the game having been out for 7 years. The cat is out of the bag, y'know.
-
It does need 1 nerf. The aura reading should be based around the gen that was kicked. Currently, you can kick a gen and then zoom across the map with a mobility Killer and find a Survivor that was nowhere near the gen.
-
Lol that reminds me of the Left 4 Dead days. I'd join a lobby and get kicked 5 seconds later for no reason. Same thing would happen here.
-
Just buff it back to 200%. The deactivation after 1 Survivor is dead was enough of a nerf.
-
2018 here. Wasn't here from the start, but I think 5 years is enough to be considered a vet :)
-
I only miss it because it was the only decent Boon. Now bringing Boon perks is akin to sandbagging because they're not worth the time it takes to set up.
-
A rework isn't necessary. Just buff her crouch speed and buff the dash, and she'll be a solid mid-tier Killer. Also, +1 for Hello Zepp chase music.
