If survivors tap gens to fix them they still get the skill check even while running away.
-
...unless you're playing against a monitor & abuse 24m terror radius killer... or a stealth killer.
-
Would be pretty convenient. Don't wanna have to look through a massive perk list every time I wanna run a stupid build...
-
It's fine. Newer survivors are going to be naturally more cautious when they get a screen effect and this status effect
-
This would be extremely unbalanced. Two killers vs 4 survivors is just unfair. If the two chase a single survivor together then the survivor has no chance. Why would this ever be a good idea? If the killer is bad then he can just team up and make the game extremely unfair. Not to mention they'd have to recode a lot for…
-
If we're talking all meta builds, and all high skill levels, then survivors very much have an advantage, with or without comms
-
I've said it once, and I'll say it again: You don't nerf SWF, you buff solos and killers. Buff solos by giving them more communication and information. Most SWF nerf ideas could ######### over randoms playing with them or a random group of friends just wanting to have fun.
-
Hell yeah just gonna commit seppuku by jumping off of the map lmao
-
That would make things really weird. I wouldn't be against it in KYFs though I mean, after all they DID change most killers because they were annoying to play against or not strong enough
-
hes just a better old freddy, with what i can tell some nurse elements?? his perks: Kill One Get One - Would incentivize tunneling. It's usually what happens with perks that require kills to work. Just look at the old Dying Light :P I Am Coming For You All - Would be incredibly broken on monitor & abuse small terror radius…
-
usually i say "gg wp" and then i'll like just watch the endgame chat or say "rip" if my team got slaughtered If the killer was an ######### and tunneled me the whole game though or I am exceedingly frustrated for some reason (like that time I tried 20+ times to get ace's crown, and went up against an iri head huntress during…
-
Search around the map for 10 minutes to find 5 tiny, random totems with no sign of where they are for a chance at countering a perk that the killer might not even have: Totally fair and balanced perk! Nothing to see here. Just git gud lmao Just don't tunnel someone: #########???? OVERPOWERED PLS NERF I do agree that the timer…
-
It's fair against people with communication, but without a totem counter I don't see myself not getting upset over getting hit by NOED after a long game anytime soon
-
The reason they don't have an FOV slider is because then everyone would set it to like max and it would make hiding harder
-
I cannot believe this, devs learn to balance the game smh
-
It would be cool to have a mixture of the first one and the second part of the second one
-
The obsession is decided once the game has begun, not pre-game
-
The power does nothing to help in a chase. Keep Quiet is just Nemesis but it affects everybody, doesn't change the obsession, needs 3 stacks, and is also activated by blinds. Injustice can be very easily exploited if you never down the new obsession. Also, the cooldown means nothing, since a survivor healing another from…
-
Really it depends on what I'm feeling. Usually I'll play Jake, but if I feel like engaging in some pure Blendette action, I'll switch over to her.
-
it was either because 1. I sucked or 2. NOED
-
Can confirm that it still happens
-
I’m pretty sure this was already in the game before and it got removed
-
I don’t just see it as a punishment. It is OBJECTIVELY a punishment. I play with my friends. I get punished by not being able to equip a certain perk that I may or may not want to use. Two solutions: Add an in-game voice chat and balance around that Reward the killer by granting a BP multiplier for the match, or even lower…
-
Seriously though. You can't just debilitate every SWF squad. Sure, it helps against toxic tryhards, but friendly people who just wanna enjoy the game with their friends get ######### over. Honestly, at this point, just give everyone comms, rework Survivor aura perks, and then balance the game around that instead (increase gen…
-
It got buffed tho, now the effects are for everyone while you're hooked and YOU get its effects if someone else is hooked
-
Honestly, I think it should have a slow recharge on tokens instead of infinite uses. Like you get a token every 60 seconds or something, to a cap of 3
-
perhaps when the item is picked up, there should be a small delay of, say, 10 seconds until the aura disappears, similar to the Plague's Pools of Devotion
-
I just wish I didn't have to go to the Wiki in order to know exactly how much all these values are.
-
On the tenth, a remote bomb blows you up.
-
I usually spend the shards if it's the last teachable a character has, so I only have to level them up to 35.
-
This would be cool, but I think there should also be like a "perk shop" thing where you can buy perks for a large amount of Iridescent Shards (like 8000, 10000, maybe more) with the Shrine being a sale for the involved perks.
-
well explain the Demogorgon if it won't work since it's a "beast"
-
Just remove the uninjured malarkey. Before, Urban Evasion also needed you to be uninjured. But now, that's not a thing. I think that they should change Fixated in the same way.
-
Mostly because it takes like ten minutes to get into a single match as Killer. If queue times didn't take forever, I would play Killer a lot more.
-
This perk was already good before this. It's a small buff, not a game changer. Besides, most of your time spent stalking will be in T2 anyway, unless you're running a Scratched Mirror.
-
when the snoot is booped i let them escape
-
No One Escapes the Endgame, Decisive Light, Dark Senses, and Last Minute Hero will be the bane of my existence if these challenges come to fruition. Hungry Jaws, One for Each, and Six Feet Under seem really tough, but doable if you play your cards just right.
-
well according to the Dead by Daylight Wiki it's absolutely a QOL change because the update that let Adrenaline ignore exhaustion didn't constitute being listed as a buff.
-
Yeah... I know. I’m literally just saying that it’s harsh. I’m not taking lore into account- this is game balance. Besides, the Entity doesn’t fully comprehend reality anyway. Also, I don’t think this concept excludes the possibility of Insidious camping around the area of the egg, then downing the survivor when they…
-
I’m comparing the harshness or instantly killing the survivor instead of blocking the exit gates to the harshness of instantly being sacrificed instead of just being hurt to the Facehugger thingies. Honestly I do think the Pig’s traps should automatically activate once all gems are done, but as a cost slow the EGC timer…
-
I'm saying that they KILL YOU once you try to leave via the exit gates if they're active. This is much harsher than just blocking the exit gates. I can't put it simpler.
-
domino is just contagious madness 3 without a counter other than hiding in a locker Black Widow and Cherchez la Femme are incredibly situational, with one better than the other (black widow with hindered instead of just exhaustion)
-
I’m not talking about regular kills with RBTs. I’m talking about how you instantly die if you try to exit the match via the exit gates, which is harsh compared to just blocking the exit gates for that survivor.
-
To me it's still a little harsh to people who are slow on the uptake. Kinda like how the Pig's RBTs instantly kill players who try to exit the game with an active trap, instead of just blocking the exit gates.
-
So it just becomes useless if more than one person uses it? Perhaps the perk should allow you to bypass a very difficult Skill Check when you're starting a gen to get like 10% progress on it, and works on gens that have regressed to 0%.
-
Being sacrificed on the spot by a facehugger is a bit overkill. I would say just getting injured so you can't just randomly die?
-
For his neutral special, he wields a gun!
-
Do you still have to hook the survivor, or would you just have that ability right off the bat with an Ivory or Ebony Mori and Sacrificial Plague? I'm curious
-
Sacrificial Plague would be incredibly OP. It's basically a free hook on one survivor, which can't unhook other people, and then it just becomes old Dying Light but only to altruistic actions. Not being able to unhook people is incredibly unbalanced. Imagine being in a scenario where it's just you and some other guy on the…
