Hello! With The Twins, Charlotte is unable to deploy Victor within 14m of an active hook. So if you're looking to deploy Victor after hooking a survivor, make sure you walk away from the hook first! I hope this helps, and let me know if this doesn't solve the problem!

Hey there! Do you happen to have game logs from the session that this occurred? Logs can be found here: Press Win+R Type in appdata Press OK In opened window navigate to: \Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs Usually you would need to attach the DeadByDaylight.log file. Thanks! :)
