Sure thing, nerf every perk above 10% pick rate and the game will be healthier. There are way better candidates for nerfs than UW. When each side has 100+ perks allowing some of them to have even 10% pickrate is generous. But that means Adrenaline and WoO should be nerfed too.

Sure thing, but UW is an info perk. It's not doing anything special other info perks don't do. It's in line with them, so there's no reason for it to be treated as a special case. Well, unless you're going to say that blocking WoO is super obnoxious, but then I'm going to laugh.
