Please nerf Chucky, but don't normalize the term "SM treatment". I don't know what BHVR was thinking when they gave the smallest killer in the game third person, fake footprints, undetectable for no killer stain and a power that can curve around any tile in the game. The real footprints don't even work half the time. It…

This.
-
Enjoy not playing any matches then lol.
-
Not really. If you login during the event, you get 50k bloodpoints for free. That's more than enough to level up a character and get cakes, not to mention the several codes you can redeem to get bloodpoints. I hate people who spend more hours posting on the forums instead of playing the game.
-
Enjoy grinding for longer, that's all I have to say.
-
You can get event items from the bloodweb for 2k bloodpoints and you can buy Iridescent addons and items with the bloodpoints you get from bringing a cake. There is genuinely no excuse to not use cakes during the event.
-
This isn't about having cakes, it's about the 540% bonus bloodpoints everyone gets if all 5 players bring a cake, which doesn't have outside of anniversary events. I'll have enough cakes to have a cake for the next couple hundred matches but why not take advantange while cakes still spawn in the bloodweb? And I don't think…
-
Good take, I forgot that items don't apply to killers lol, but it takes like 2-3 levels max to get a cake in your bloodweb if you're REALLY unlucky; most just keep them for when the anniversary ends, which is bad because the bloodpoints they will get from that cake will not be able to be used to buy even more cakes, and I…

No, it wasn't a bug. BHVR's wording is very specific. it says "random rare item", not "random Rare item". It doesn't give Iridescent items anymore, but it still gives Purple Very Rare items. It says "rare" as in you won't get as many brown toolboxes and brown medkits, not "Rare" as in Rare Green items.

I've said this before, but all I was told was "depipping is still a thing so people don't AFK in a match and get a pip for no reason". Then why not just not give pips if they don't gain any emblems? It's not that hard. Depipping doesn't only affect AFK players, it probably affects solo-queue players more than AFK players,…

De-pipping is useless, and only serves to annoy players, and I'm not saying this because I de-pip a lot, the only times I actually de-pip is when I get tunneled out early into a game or facecamped. I always zero-pip or get one pip at the end of every match, maybe 2 pips once every 10 games. De-pipping is just a way to show…

Thank you for these tips. I got to Iridescent 1 on both killer and survivor in one month but then I stopped playing and forgot how to play as well as I did before, so I could use these tips to my advantage.
-
I made a mistake then. Sorry.
-
I'm ok with pips being hard to get in Iridescent too, it's just the lower ranks where most of the facecamps happen, that's where it'd be nicer to deal only with the facecamp and no depip.
-
That's all I meant as well.
-
I absolutely agree with you. I played the same as you did to get to Iridescent 1. It was a struggle, probably more compared than to be selfish and escape every single time. Another point I'd like to make is, in my opinion, the Survival medal is too black and white. You either get an iridescent medal if you escape without…
-
Yeah I'm sorry. I came straight of my second game in row where I got facecamped in the first 10 seconds of the game and got angrier than I usually get.
-
What's this supposed to mean? You mean to tell me you never got angry over a videogame at least once? And while my main goal is the rank reset bloodpoint reward, facecamping is just boring to go against without any real counter if it's done at the start of the match and since it's not a bannable offense, I'd just say make…
-
I'm going to be Ben Shapiro here for a second. Let's say, hypothetically, I was the best survivor in the game, and I am the first one to get chased. Sure, I loop perfectly and everything but I bump into one thing and I am facecamped to death with 8000 points in Boldness and 0 in every other category. What then? And not…
-
My opinion is you shouldn't be required to have specific perks just to counter facecamping; that's just a part of how DS and BT have become and stayed meta since they were added. If you were to bring DS and BT every match in hopes that it'll save you from facecamping, then you essentially only have 2 usable perk slots,…
-
Why even reply to this post. That too. I'm just mad about the fact that facecamping is boring both for the survivor and the killer too, the survivor loses any items and they get barely any BP either, and the killer will pip if they somehow manage to facecamp 1 or 2 more survivors. If the killer pips from facecamping, at…
-
Sure doesn't look like it. Play a game of survivor where you get facecamped to death from the start of the match and see how fun that is, and to add salt to the wound, let's say you're one pip away from going to Gold 4 from Silver 1 (massive difference in bloodpoint reward when rank reset hits) and then you depip for "not…
-
Have you played a single game of survivor in your life?
-
What do you mean "camping only works because survivors allow it to"? Should have the survivors played better? Are they not allowed second chances, like the game allows them to? Just because you camped a survivor to death and the 3 other survivors repaired all of the gens and escape doesn't mean it's fun and/or fair; that…
-
You can't derank, that is true, but you CAN depip. ex. You CANNOT depip from Silver 4 to Bronze 1, but you CAN depip from Silver 1 all the way down to Silver 4. Depipping is still a thing, they just made it less of an issue, but still an issue regardless, as you can still lose potential bloodpoint rewards from the rank…
-
If you played this game at least once, you would know that any second makes a difference even if it's the wiggle timer. The amount of last second hooks that can be done now with the new wiggle mechanic will be significantly lower than the amount of ones that you could do before. This mechanic was made to help people with…

Here's how it goes: SWF and Killer will always vary, and any side could come out on top (mostly survivor but that's another story), but Killer will always be better than Solo-Q unless it's high MMR, but even then the lack of communication could make some aspects of the match harder to deal with. Solo-Q and SWF win-rate…
-
No? That's literally how Hex totems work, and you don't see people complaining about it. Sure, Hex totems are more powerful than Boon totems, and making them a one-time perk like Hex totems would require some tweaking to them (like perhaps getting rid of the chime, making them just like Hex totems for survivors, and maybe…

Is Insidious going to affect the new mend not decreasing in terror radius change? Like Legion is chasing someone in Deep Wound, stands still, Insidous activates, does that mean that the Mend Timer will go down?
-
They would also have to increase the gens on the map. 5 gens with 8 survivors? No thanks. Maybe make it 8-10?
